  Scientists have already been able to make glowing mice, cats and dogs, so I’m pretty sure we have the technology to make a glowing human too.
  
  Unfortunately, there are strict laws about what kind of experiments you can do with humans. I don’t think we’ll ever be allowed to try to make someone glow in the dark!
