Question: Do you ever feel different because you are a brainy scientsist?

To be honest, I do feel lucky to be able to do something a bit different with my life. I’m not sure I’d describe myself as a ‘brainy scientist’ — I don’t think a scientist is necessarily cleverer than other people.

A lot of my friends who aren’t scientists do jobs that have needed loads of training (teachers, nurses, human rights work…). They also have jobs where they use their brains, just in a different way!
