• Question: How many beta sheets are there in an Ig domain? How many beta strands are there in each sheet?

      There are fro types of Ig domains, one V type (what is used in the variable regions of antibodies for example) and C type (used in most Ig like proteins) and in the domains of the constant regions. The V type uses 9 and the C type 7 beta sheets.
