Interesting question! As I explained in my previous answer, I hope that my work can help in the aquaculture industry. Cities have high populations, which means lots of people to feed! The aquaculture industry is highly important in providing enough food for the greatly increasing population on the planet and fish such as salmon are a very important source of protein.
