I love this question and it has made me use all my science thinking!

We can make plants bigger which we normally use so we can make more crops for people to eat. However I am not sure we could make a giant bean stalk just yet. Maybe a slightly bigger bean stalk?!

We could add in genes to a plant where you just make loads of tissue, but it would turn out like a tumor and not have the right structure. I also don’t think anyone is working on beanstalks in science. Maybe this is something you should get into? I would buy one!
