I actually really don’t know much about cats and human eyes.

There are only three things I know about cats eyes compared to humans
      1) they have different shaped pupils.
      2) they see better in the dark, which I think is due to them having a reflective layer at the back of their eye which they can use to reflect light back into their eyes to make things brighter.
      3) we can see colour better than them, but they are not completely colour blind!
Sorry I cant be more helpful.

I think Carla has pretty much covered the main differences. The reason that the pupil of cats appears as a slit is to decrease the amount of light which gets to the retina as it is super sensitive! Cats also can see a wider angle than human, up to 200 degrees, which basically means they can see slightly backwards when looking forwards!
